Looks good from the Outside, but it's not all it seems.

Pros

Offer full-time employees benefits; as long as you kiss butt you are guaranteed a job; once you've worked there, your next job will be your BEST job.

Cons

Promotions are not merit based - nepotistic and relational; NO PAID Holidays- PTO MUST be used; Employee Programs are sub-par; do not enforce HIPAA and JHACO standards of dress, employee behavior, building standards.

Pros

Staff can apply for tuition reimbursement every year-You have to apply for it every year. There's also discounts to local restaurants, attractions such as slitterbahn, local sports events. There's also discounts for dance lessons, area gyms. Staff can enjoy yoga and Pilates classes that are offered.

Cons

The PTO policy is really sub-par. Staff are forced made to use accumulated PTO hours even for mandatory holiday.
