Experience for newly graduated students or for students finishing their degree.

Cons

Bad management, favoritism, low pay, the doctors are rude, and the list goes on and on. Within the IT department, people move up based on how well management likes them not how well they do their job. This leads to inexperienced individuals in positions that would be better suited for someone else. Having to use the little bit of PTO earned on holidays is completely outdated. This is the only job I have ever had where PTO is used if you want to get paid for a holiday. The CEOs are a joke. They are so out of touch with their employees. Specifically IT
