      Pros

      Dynamic, fast paced, plugged into the worlds leading brands campaigns. It is a specialised industry that has glamour attached to it at all levels. People help each other a lot. Management owned so there are share incentives in the long term.

      Cons

      Long hours and high pressures. As it is attached to global product launches there is no room for delays or errors. A culture of "man up & deal with it" if stress is shown at all levels. Big gaps between responsibility and pay in some areas.
