Great place to start in a field but don't go there with experience looking for a future.
Pros
If you are straight out of school this is a great place for you. Be sure to ask the right questions and double check that you are actually getting the correct answers. You will get an annual review, bonus, and raise!! None of it depends on any actual peer reviews or the work you do. Start kissing butt a month before your review and you'll be golden!
Cons
There's a lot of "Seniority" where it doesn't belong. People are given the feeling they are "higher ups" because they have been at the company longer than others. Experience does not reflect the chain of command. The lack of experience at the top could be comical if it wasn't so rampant throughout the entire company. Where lack of experience isn't the issue, cultural and language barriers between French management and US workers is. When they fire, it's like a firing squad, people missing here and there that had absolutely no reason to think the end was coming.
