Pros

Diane at HR was very helpful and understanding during the jon interview and with any issues that arose

Cons

The department I worked at had no personal office space, just one open floor where all managers were bundled. Seemed like someone was watching over my shoulder the whole time.

Pros

The water coolers have the best tasting water. Props to the guy who got those put in. Coworkers were fun I got a ton of free water bottles and t-shirts, all of which i still use

Cons

My department was fine, but there seemed to be a high turnover rate in other departments. Pay is not super competitive. Health insurance too expensive. Supervisor had no skill, experience or understanding of the department they were leading.

Pros

Decent Compensation and some great exposure to a lot of different technologies.

Cons

Most of the senior management are French Ethnocentrists, they are closed-minded and are non-receptive to new ideas. Many of the senior managers are simply unprofessional, both in their speech and behavior, some have poor hygiene, there exists racist attitudes and beliefs. Furthermore, there is very little dialogue across departments, and this lack of communication creates tension and presents problems as concerns the daily operations. Too focused on preserving the status-quo, which has already limited their growth. They have a niche market cornered however, and this is why the limitations of their faulty mindset has not impacted their bottom line yet. Moving forward, It will most likely catch up with them.
