-Dealing with immature people who blame others if and when they make a simple mistake -Most customers will always act rudely towards you -It's another retail store, so even if you feel you belong there because it's a sporting goods store, you still have to put up with the managers/co-workers there who make too much of a big deal out of small, little things that happen in running the store, just like at any retail job

low pay, terrible hours, very little concern for well being of associates, managers are lazy for the most part and it's almost impossible to move up
