      Pros

      Flexible hours for college students. Good employee discount program. The work truly is easy.

      Cons

      Lazy employees continue to work unless they steal something. You are expected to sell, yet the stores aren't given control of the inventory ordered so frequently the most demanded products are never in stock and products no one wants, you receive extra, until it goes on clearance. Managers are all about receiving the recognition for themselves. Payroll is always low, yet they come out with a new planagram every few weeks requiring big department moves, while you are supposed to be focused on the customer.

      Pros

      Discount is nice, most associates are enjoyable to work with and are willing to learn/teach. Hours of store are good for working parents.

      Cons

      Management is hideous! Very condescending! There is no such thing as confidentiality. Too much power is given to friends/chums/buddies and re-poor is not good. Management needs to clean house. This is coming from someone that is NOT on the chopping block and is a very fair evaluation~

      Pros

      If you like having a challenging job, then this might be a decent job for you. You get to meet a lot of new people, just like any other retail job. The discounts are fairly decent too.

      Cons

      Benefits almost don't exist. I have 5 days of vacation a year and 3 days of person (which is a PAIN in the ass to get approved). The company promotes people who are friends with the managers.
