      Pros

      Flexalbe schedules, easy to get promoted, pay you very well when stay loyal to the company, great people to work with. They offer a good discount 25% of most items, useful for christmas.

      Cons

      have to work alot of holidays and weekends, no down time at work, there are always things to do, always changeing floor plans.

      Pros

      Good work environment with nice people. Flexible work hours. Causal dress code. Company is actively building and acquiring new stores. Good benefits package. Extensive training programs. Continued training throughout career. Meetings with CEO and other executives. Full gym and cafeteria. Pittsburgh has a low cost of living and a nice night life. Does not lay off distribution workers and gives them hours if they want tham (will find work for them to do). Good job security. Moving to a new and much bigger headquaters soon. Extensive intern and merchandise training program. Starting similar programs in finance.

      Cons

      Low salaries. Currenly being hit hard by the economy. Office is crowded.
