A great team mindset, a lot of training so you can be proficient in all areas of the store, supportive management, discussion boards with other employees help to teach new concepts.

Cons

Low base pay, a lot of work, breaks sometimes shift and are limited.

Get to play golf during your whole shift on slow days. It tends to be a very fun working environment.

Cons

The never told you what they wanted sold, and then would get mad at your for not selling what they wanted. Poor pay.
