Got to work with and learn the current golf equipment and a decent discount. People there are ok to talk with.

Cons

Terrible management. Disorganized and lots of micromanaging. Part Time gets left over hours from full time and there is no room to move up. Way too much work for the pay

Pros

Most of the other employees are good people and fun to work with. Access to new releases and clubs in the golf section. Employee discount is a nice bonus as well. Not a bad job for a high school/college student during the summer or part time. Pretty flexible schedule for a part time.

Cons

The starting rate for a part time associate is a joke for the amount of work they expect you to do. The store is always understaffed and you are expected to cover multiple sections, including your own. Some days can be unbelievably boring as well. Never have enough people staffed.
