      pay is good and raises plus bonuses company is nice always recognizing us coaches were always fun and giving away stuff

      having to make certain goals of time on calls especially when the callers are old or have lots of questions there is no consideration for those calls

      Pros

      DISH is an exciting and always changing place. Pay TV is a cool industry that is in the middle of a big change to mobile video and DISH is helping lead the way. I like the chance I have to make an impact and appreciate the chances I've been given to try new things.

      Cons

      DISH needs to wake up and stop thinking that low price and good service is enough. They're too big to stil think that employees are easy to find and replace. If senior management would allow a little more flexibility and trust their people more, DISH could do amazing things. The good news is that when the team gets behind something they can make big things happen.
