Good compensation. Very talented attorneys.

Cons

It is a huge law firm with never-ending bureaucracy. Depending on your department and the attorneys you work with, you may or may not have a work-life balance.

Very stressful environment. Management is aware but refuses to step in. High turnover in Conflicts Department.
