Pros

Great pay, exciting projects, lots of resources

Cons

As with all big law firms - the hours are long and the work is complex. You are on all the time. Management is mostly disconnected from reality

Pros

There are no pros whatsoever

Cons

The partner I worked for was one of the worst people I ever have had the displeasure of meeting. She was initially lovely in the interview but when you worked for her she turned into someone truly horrible. You were required to work long hours and if you weren’t at your desk questions would be asked. For the hours I worked the salary was terrible. If you ever get an offer for an interview or a job for god sake turn it down and run away fast
