Pros

I started working on first line support and moved up to becoming a BA. There is plenty of internal progression for those who work hard Great IT team! Good processes and procedures in place, and lots to learn Good investment in technology

Cons

There was risk of redundancy whilst i was at DLA, as operations moved to Warsaw, Poland. Cyber attack incident meant staff still came into the office but couldn't work. Made no sense to come in for those with long commutes
