      Pros

      You have access to a great network of really smart lawyers.

      Cons

      Absolutely stuck in the times - all the usual things that you expect from old-school law firms, like not being able to have a normal conversation with a partner directly. It varies from team to team though - some people are happy. The regional lawyers are not respected.

      The management is quite toxic and they create a toxic environment. Criticize people in a manner that doesn’t breed good energy.
