Pros

Opportunity for travel, cases are staffed leanly and therefore associates can get deposition and trial experience, firm places little emphasis on "face time" (also can be a con).

Cons

High turnover (both partners and associates), few partners are interested in mentoring associates, firm feels very disjointed - like 200 mini-firms operating under one name, amount of red tape is head-spinning.

Pros

Used to be that you could trust most folks in IT

Cons

The environment has changed in such a way that you as a person are no longer care about. Certain people in IT management within the Baltimore office are not who they claim to be. Very unprofessional.
