      Pros

      Always treated their employees with dignity and respect, especially important during the years of economic crisis. Great benefits!!! Very reasonable premium rates for their staff and many free but comprehensive benefits too. Good environment, lots of great people.

      Cons

      Often grew too quickly for staff to keep up with the changes. At the end of my employment they were running so lean of staff it made it very difficult to continue to offer strong quality services.

      Pros

      I work with a very talented group with great leadership. We work pretty seamlessly across several offices in the U.S. and even internationally. For the most part, everyone I've worked with, in any office, has been a really good colleague.

      Cons

      Sometimes you miss the face-to-face interactions if your case is staffed from all over the place. Also, the IT infrastructure -- while good compared to peer law firms -- still seems a few years behind the rest of the business world. Bonuses seem to trail peer firms.

      Friendly people; firm had many events for the diversity and inclusion department; firm visibly made an effort to support/maintain diversity

      Cons

      disorganized; over-hired and did not distribute work appropriately; the department was overstaffed and had too many people for the amount of work that was available
