Good compensation, decent benefits, and flexibility. Thinking differently about how to get work done including use of AI even for business professionals. Work with some great people

Cons

Still challenging to team with certain groups internally. Lots of internal competition and in fighting amongst business professionals.

flexible WFH policy and most people are reasonable and kind

Cons

It’s a huge firm easy to get lost if you don’t belong to a “team”. Being apart of the the free-market system is helpful but can be hard to find hours.
