Pros

DLA Piper's Boston office is a great place to work. The patent prosecution team is top notch and I couldn't be happier working with them. This "newer" office is really making the firm look good to both clients and potential employees.

Cons

Not many cons here. Management could be more timely in updating the staff and attorneys on changes, especially related to Covid-19, but this hasn't been a huge problem.

Pros

good money; some good lawyers; can learn about the law

Cons

siloed management; back stabbing; none of the data software is connected in a meaningful way.
