Pros

Great community of design professionals. Everyone below senior staff is insanely talented and great to be around.

Cons

Low pay, high expectations. Most employees are below the national average salary rage for their years of experience and skill level/title. Work-life balance is only attainable in some sectors, but often expected to work over 50-60 hours a week on average, which makes cultivating a full life outside of work very challenging.

Pros

We have a lot of fun, lots to get involved in. If you have a good mentor you’ll do well.

Cons

Lots to get involved in, it can be overwhelming. Compensation doesn’t always align with work effort. If you have a bad mentor then it’ll hurt your experience
