Pros

There were a lot of great people that I had the opportunity to work with while DLR group, also we did some great projects during my time!

Cons

Throughout my time at DLR group, the company grew by 1000 employees. It seems that there is not a planned path forward. Pay, career growth opportunities, and project opportunities vary vastly, depending on your direct leader, region, and discipline. Also, as each region is its own profit center it becomes hard to work on a national team.
