Pros

Company culture is very friendly and willing to help. Asking senior engineers never seemed like it was an inconvenience to them. The work they expect is the amount of professionalism that you put in, i.e., you can work at your own reasonable pace, as long as things are getting done timely and before major deadlines.

Cons

Recent change to hybrid work model made us 4 days in person instead of 2 hybrid days. The one hybrid day can only be Fridays. Compensation/raises to take a while after fiscal year reviews.
