Erosion of trust. -Engineering juniors will not have a lot of career growth opportunities -Consistent overtime (not paid, of course) -Compensation is minimum 10-20% under competition, you won’t see meaningful raises either -Management is paying too little to recruit senior engineers -You have to pay for parking (really expensive in downtowns) -Very top heavy distribution of experience, not enough people to do the work. -Management is too concerned making their stock prices go up by doing a voluntary layoff than actually reflecting on what employees want.
