Great people in local office diversity of job sectors Large firm that has a lot of resources to use and gain experience with If you are very vocal there can be opportunity for you

Hugely political If you are quieter or more reserved you may have a hard time progressing If you want credit for your wins make sure to talk about it with others. Overall structure of the firm is adjusting and changing which can make things confusing and messy
