Pros

-Transparency in leadership and financial performance -Opportunity for involvement in many areas -True actions back up stated intentions, but sometimes this moves a bit slowly -Good rapport between disciplines

Cons

-A blanket appreciation for minimum profit over other things - however, the importance of design is being elevated, which is a good thing -Performance feedback is inconsistent

Pros

Decent pay, decent work/life balance, decent rep in the industry, good tech, and many good people, but...

Cons

...several of those in key leadership positions lack integrity and character. I would list more cons but frankly, what more is there to say?
