There is so much training available (not required) and paid time to take it. The leadership believes in investing in their employee-owners and it has been incredibly beneficial for my career

Cons

None. I’ve worked at two other architectural companies and this is the best by far

The firm has a decent brand, nice offices, and some good projects.

Cons

The DC office culture is poor with their latest acquisition having a negative impact on design culture. There are people who don’t pull their weight. There are too many business development folks who have no idea what it takes to deliver actual projects. Benefits and pay are poor compared to market.
