Pros

Employee ownership program is a big perk. AE firm so broad diversity of employees within one office. Smaller office feel within a large company.

Cons

Project Managers are inexperienced at managing projects or do not want to comply with DLR standards. Salary and bonuses are not competitive enough to hire good experienced talent.

Pros

Nice Building, Façade of company is appealing to outsiders.

Cons

Pay is below average, Employee owned is pressured too much for you to sacrifice your work life balance. Passive aggressive Management Too many Clicks within the office. If you are not with the cool kids you will know it from day 1. Parking is worst I have experienced, because of street cleaning, so walking in the cold dark 15 or more blocks is common.
