Ok place.

Pros

For the most part - great projects, great colleagues, somewhat flexible when time allowed

Cons

Inequality and favoritism-in the way they treat you and others depending on which department and team that you're on. Not very diverse and doesn't seem to have DEI in place. Culture seemed and felt very old style and got boring very quickly. Not very much space and opportunity for advancement and career growth unless favorited.
