Pros

Have lots of opportunities for entry level people to grow. Senior level people in the firm that I worked with during my internship and my full time now are all willing to answer any questions. Don't be shy to ask questions.

Cons

As an entry level people, I did not see any until now..

Office Operation

Business Outlook

Pros

Offers great high tech environment and learning opportunity. Really nice office in DTLA. Competitive salary.

Cons

Very corporate. Running project with very tight budget. Projects in most cases are run with a very lean team with limited resources and junior staff. High turn around rate. Staff is shifted around based on need and budget. With the constant shifting, it is difficult to cultivate a sense of ownership and team spirit. If one manage to survive this type of operation, there is opportunity to move up.
