Pros

While working there, I've met some of the best professionals in the field, some of the best mentors. I've worked on some very interesting projects. The company is quite forward thinking, and protects its employees. The non-toxic setting is a relief and allows you to focus on your professional growth.

Cons

The only con I have as a member of the structural engineer group is that depending on which office you are in, you will be limited to one or two markets. But I don't think that should be an issue as we use a variety of materials and the company has plenty of resources.
