Employee owned, profit sharing, fairly transparent, great learning environment, good culture, great projects, good QA/QC project controls, smart people, team work environment. Mission, core values and execution of goals, vision and plan very much attainable in all they do. Professional been in business 20yrs and the firm does things the 'right way' compared to others in the industry.
Cons
Typical of the large corporation cons. People can feel passed over or not valuable enough. Like you to put in 45hr for 40hr work week. But when you have great culture not hard to do, cause you love it.
