      Nice working environment. People are pretty nice to answer the questions.

      Whether you will become a full time employee after the internship, it really depends on the workload even if you perform well in your internship.

      Pros

      Culturally DLR Group does a great job at creating a positive work environment. You won't be chained to you desk and there is plenty of opportunity for upward mobility. There are also plenty of opportunities in the various project sectors to find the right role based on your skill set and passions. One of the biggest differences between DLR Group and other larger firms is that design isn't solely controlled through one person. As a team member you will always have opportunity to be involved in the project design.

      Cons

      As a larger firm sometimes changes are slow to be rolled out everywhere. The architectural construction doc standards are confusing. Salaries are industry average not much more.
