      Pros

      Employee ownership, world leaders in K-12 design. Commitment to sustainability, thought leadership and research. Excellent leadership has kept us financially healthy even through the recession.

      Cons

      We are expanding rapidly by acquisition, so blending the firms can take time to build a cohesive culture. But we have excellent leadership to keep us on course.

      There should be a better mentorship program. The company should clarify job roles/description. Culture varies office to office.
