Pros
I loved my job. I loved my residents! I would still be there if it weren't for this attendance policy.
Cons
Unfair and probably illegal attendance policy. I was out on a Drs note after a surgery and they marked me absent (No Call/No Show) for all those days and put me on suspension. I have never called out on a job without a medical reason, ever! I even found my own coverage for these shifts by begging and pleading my coworkers.
