Pros

The company occasionally scheduled and paid for fun activities and would buy employees lunch. The company has been growing very quickly.

Cons

Company lacks ethics and doesn't really care about their employees, just about making money. They talk a good game, but lack follow through. I've seen dedicated professionals treated with disrespect and not supported by the management. Good professionals were lost because the company didn't value them. Companies compensation did not match employees experience level.

If you worked at HQ the work environment was great. Great holiday parties.

Cons

Started with the company when they were small and there was great opportunity for growth and advancement but as the company grew they made many empty promises about your growth potential. You were expected to work long hours for terrible pay. When people quit or were terminated they expected you to pick up their slack without and question or any additional compensation. Company is full of smoke screens and empty promises. Stay away.

You do get paid. You can network with the customer and other individuals for another job elsewhere.

Cons

This company doesn't hire talent or fit the position with quality workers, but by the cheapest means. They don't understand anyone's needs, the customers or their employees.
