Every company has cons but I've found that DMI always does their best to actively address cons and turn them into pros, it's another one of the reasons I love working here!

Cons

During the interview process, DMI misdirected me by raising my expectations about salary ranges. I start with base salary with the expectation of salary rise in 6 months or at least one year. Although I worked in DMI for two years I only got %3.5 salary rise. They also misdirect me by saying that I can get promotion in a short time but I didn't get anything. I feel like management doesn't care about their employees at DMI International.

Paid at the lowest possible wage with no room for expansion on my contract. Training budget was like pulling teeth.
