      The HR team and the Project Account Management is TERRIBLE. The project and HR teams are not in sync. The immigration legal team is most inefficient, so for anybody requiring visa sponsorship, it would be a nightmare dealing with the lawyer. The project team does not even have a month of visibility. There is a complete lack of communication and transparency throughout the recruitment process which can go on for months and is a harrowing experience for the candidate.

      Decent culture. SOME decent work opportunities.

      Cons

      Management completely lacks transparency. Politically vindictive environment. CEO was handed company by father. Runs it like a Boy's Club. Do yourself a favor and Google his name. Not the way I'd want my CEO to behave.

      Pros

      Receive timely salary, that's the only positive situation you will have in this company.

      Cons

      Sr Management of the company has whimsical sense of humor.Volatile decision making, which changes every week based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day. Not much of power given to Dev and Quality team, they play with unethical work attitude. This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company. They consider anyone as "RESOURCE" that can be switched out. So unless u r robot stay away.
