Strong projects Government side with numerous commercial projects lined up to cater to the commercial end. Employee centered approach. Working hours model is industry disruptive encouraging work life balance. Pro-active, friendly and capable HR. Good peer culture. Colleagues do not hesitate to help irrespective of their designation or tenure. Seasoned management that do hear you out, ruling out most decisions in an employee's favor. No micro-management at all. Regular company updates about company's growth. Engaging employee activities that center around meditation, fun, games etc. Company's clients are industry big wigs and the organization has the capability to deploy several technologies available under their umbrella. Overall great atmosphere to work.

Pay cycles are on time. Benefits are top notch.

Cons

Poorly trained Managers. Company flouts State & Federal Labir laws with impunity. You lose your job the moment the contract ends. No bench policy and if you want to stay on company payroll till next contract arrives, they ask you to use accumulated vacation days and once you exhaust that, you need to use leave without pay. Management has sadly NO compunction to do the right thing.
