      Pros

      If you're looking to climb high in IT, this should be your stop.... Excellent staffs at HQ and my team at State side. Great management.

      Cons

      Most of the jobs require security clearance hence if you don't have one getting in is going to be a little rough but once you're in..... the sky is just the beginning.... watch out for the galaxies.

      Pros

      When there is a change the employee would like to see, the company hears it and makes the necessary steps to change for the better! I am extremely proud to be a DMIer.

      Cons

      I hope that they continue on this path! If they do, I do not see myself ever looking for another opportunity. DMI is home.

      Pros

      Friendly environment, I enjoyed working with my colleagues, group drinks and activities were common. I got to work on a wide range of projects for large clients.

      Cons

      Focus on shipping anything at low cost, this often prevented staff from delivering real quality and this had an impact
