      Pros

      DMI sends birthday cards, gift cards, and tokens for company and personal anniversaries that really make you feel valued as an individual contributor, especially since we all don't work in the same office together. I’ve been employed by many large corporations and I can honestly say that DMI is the first company in which I consistently feel like I am a celebrated and valued employee.

      Cons

      Recruiting process can be slow/ineffective and we haven't been able to fill several vacant positions on our team.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere and working conditions, upper management support, good benefits. Exceptional HR department provides immediate assistance and several extra benefits such as tuition reimbursement, legal assistance, pet insurance, and endless mobile apps.

      Cons

      The company does not pay for unexpected weather or government closures. Time has to be made up or you have to use your vacation time.
