      Pros

      DMI is in an amazing space with their vision of end to end mobility. The mobile industry is accelerating and DMI continues to innovate, and hire amazing people. The CEO, Sunny Bajaj, is one of the most genuine, and personable people I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

      Cons

      The transition of building the end to end capabilities has come with challenges and hurdles, as would be expected. It has been a hard working few years while the divisions have come together as one, but it is really beginning to take shape in 2016.

      Pros

      I was able to internally apply for and obtain a new position within the first several months. It may depend on the contract, but where I am located, there is a lot of opportunity for internal promotion. They also seem to really listen to their employees when it comes to benefits and other issues.

      Cons

      None yet, but 6 months isn't long to learn such things.

      They've started a lot of things like an employee app, intranet, newsletter, town halls, etc to try to get people more involved

      There's a lot of offices and sometimes its hard to figure out which one you're trying to reach..
