Pros

Lavish offices to show off to investors and give the impression of a thriving business

Cons

Pursues every piece of business it can bid on -- win at lowest cost. Labor pricing so low that company cannot afford to pay the right people for the job after the win. Growth is gone. After winning some huge deals several years ago, the company is struggling to win any new, meaningful business. Now, the old work is at risk as DMI has lost, or is in the process of losing, its small business status -- likely to lose re-competes. Teaming partners regularly mistreated. DMI does not meet promises in teaming agreements. DMI bargain-basement pricing makes it nearly impossible for partners to hit target rates after award. As far as ethical behavior is concerned. Ask around. I wish I did before working here. Backstabbing, fear-mongering, and outright inappropriate behavior (e.g. screaming/yelling) is part of the culture. There are plenty of good former-DMI employees that just couldn't take the lack of professionalism anymore. Not a place to go if integrity means anything to you. Certain employees (e.g. marketing) are encouraged to monitor this site and post positive reviews right after the negative reviews. Just look for yourself.

Pros

Good infrastructure and exposure to new technology

Cons

Senior management at India office is unethical, people are leaving the Organization due to unethical work environment. Pays are shallow and hikes are low. This is not the place for talented people. There is mass exodus of talented people. Hire and fire policy, HR is unethical, employee benefits are zero, hardly any good projects are there. If you join then be prepared to get exploited else merge in to avoid exploitation. People who stand up are shown the door. Transparency is zero and senior management is low on ethics. Management try to hide the facts and post fake reviews here to increase the overall rating of the company instead of improving the work culture and conditions for the employees at the ground level.
