      Pros

      Some great project for UI Developer(React/Angular dev). Core Development work, unlike the support work one, does in other Service companies. For UI dev, there are a lot of frontend groups in company to share your skills. Strong developers are working here so you learn a lot from such group of people.

      Cons

      There is a lot of pressure of work, deadlines as you work mostly in agile projects and work closely with the client. So you can shine or loose depending on how you handle the pressure.

      Pros

      Working on a latest technologies. Team bonding is good with everyone here as compared to my previous organizations. You can easily reach out to senior people (Some are really good and will understand your issues, some are living on a cloud nine) Appraisal culture is better than other MNC,s Overall good for technical people, Not sure for Support & HR/Recruitment as they have a good team but they always crib about their Senior management as they are not a good listeners.

      Cons

      Every company has Cons nobody is perfect. Be a employee focused as mentioned in your offerings Be a company when employee leaves the organization, they should say that i can come anytime back in DMI. Company is becoming leader focused instead of employee focused from last 1 year. Advice to new management who came in DMI globally from last one and half year. Start believing in older employees
