      Didnt honor their employment offer letter. Beware. Will tell customers what ever they want to hear to get business.

      Pros

      DMI provided great benefits and really encouraged employees to socialize at many after work activities including happy hours, sporting events, and other events.

      Cons

      There is no true leadership. Senior/executive management is constantly at odds with each other. While each of them have valid points, they often gossip, back talk, and point fingers, behavior that you would expect from high school girls. Employees thus don't trust management, feel insecure about their work performance, and don't understand the stability of the company. Management hides much of the issues that are going with the company. There is no real transparency and leaves much of the employees gossiping about employment - especially when company layoffs have occurred and staff are let go frequently.

      Pros

      Having come from two "Mega-corporations" (100K+ employees), I wanted to experience what it would be like to work for a smaller, more agile company. The company is very employee and client oriented. It's a pleasure to be able to pick up the phone and know how you need to talk to in order to get something done. Great balance between work and life.

      Cons

      Growing pains. I think there are times when the company has grown so fast, that it doesn't have all of the processes and procedures fully established.
