Pros

+ interesting projects + even though it's a big company the actual divisions are smaller which makes it comfortable to work at + global distributed company across US, Europe, SEA + decent benefits

Cons

- separate divisions are barely connected - often changing strategy - lack of transparency at a global level - too financial oriented which leads to layoffs every time when monthly revenue drops - Top management is not fully aware on what happening at low levels which lead to significant problems on performance and motivation
