      Not Transparent about for their Layoffs and your job isn't secure here

      Pros

      Pay is better than other consultants and remote for certain positions

      Cons

      They laid off of their employees including new hires. Why hire in the first place based on an assumption that the company will get the project. They may claim that they hire for the company and not for the projects but that wasn't true in our case.

      Decent co workers, nice office space, easy work

      Cons

      lack of clients, mundane work, and super micromanaged by a select few executives who are running the entire company. Offshore has serious quality issues, and clients realize this now.

      Horrible Place

      Pros

      Nice Office and location and some good people.

      Cons

      Horrible management in HR and front office. the VP lies on employees and will throw you under the bus to make him look competent. Turn over rate is over 50% if you have a secured job stay!!!!!!!! You can not go to HR as the VP is her boss so if you have a problem nothing will be done.
