      There's no opportunity to take on another assignment after your contract ends. You will be let go after two weeks. It's best to take an offer from someone else before accepting their offer.

      Pros

      Decent benefits. PTO is self managed per contract management. Its not a hassle to take PTO. Health insurance isn't bad comparatively. They offer WFH positions. My direct management is easy to work with

      Cons

      Pay is mediocre. But given I'm fully WFH I'm willing to take the hit. Pay isn't terrible but I'd say you'd average the 50th percentile for your area/experience/job title. As a contractor you are hoping that the contract your on gets extended as your income depends on it
