      1. Salary on time 2. Flexible timing

      1. Bad and immature management. 2. Software development process is worst here. 3. Lot of politics played here. PM is the main culprit here. 4. There are no projects to work on. 5. There is no any growth for technology and career perspective. 6. There is no any learning curve. 7. Employees are treated like slaves/machines and should work at-least 12 hrs a day and also on weekends on regular basis. 8. They have HIRE and FIRE policy which in turn ruins the employee's life personally and professionally. 9. Inhuman company 10. HR department is the most illiterate and is one kind of joke. 11.
