- great management - surrounded by highly professional peers - strong expertise of agile at this company - fair low and medium pay scales (unsure about the upper ranges)

Cons

- promotions are based on certifications - the clients projects you are assigned are not always in your control -they do give you as much freedom as they can but if you are stuck on the bench for too long (didn't experience this myself) you get assigned
