Pros
Compensation and benefit package while not great is competitive. Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania location is a pleasant place to live within driving distance of Pittsburgh and other larger cities to the east and south of Pittsburgh. Cost of living (especially housing) is low and the area has strong advantages.
Cons
The atmosphere is poisonous and strewn with unmarked landmines ranging from ultra political correctness to company pets who cannot be challenged no matter what they do. Outsiders either learn the system and join it or try their best to skate on and stay afloat on the sewer which lurks underneath. Many good people either quit because they can't maintain the delicate balance or get fired for the most trivial reasons imaginable.
